Manage resource groups via Kofax TotalAgility
When Kofax AP Agility is first installed, there are two main invoice processing resource groups. These groups however, have no permissions assigned by default. As a minimum, specific permissions are required for the various resource groups.
You can configure manual access permissions by following these steps.
- Launch the TotalAgility Designer.

Select
System Settings.
The Manage page is displayed.

From the
Access Permissions group, select
Capture.
The Access Permissions - Capture page is displayed.

From the
Consume panel, click
Resources.
A list of all resources configured in Kofax TotalAgility are displayed.

From the
Resources list, select
InvoiceProcessingAgility.
The list of resources is filtered to include only those related to invoice processing.

From the
Resources pane, drag-and-drop a resource group into the
Resource field.
A list of settings and users is displayed.
- Update the various permissions based on requirements.
- Click Save.
- Optionally, repeat the above steps for Access Permissions - Resource and Access Permissions - Settings.
