Configure approval email body and subject

After you enable email approval for a Business Unit, a default email message is configured. This default email contains the Invoice Number and a link to the invoice activity.

If the default email does not include enough information for your users, you can modify the email body and subject by following these steps.

  1. Open Kofax AP Agility and log on as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Administration > Workflow Variables.

    The Workflow Variables page is displayed.

  3. Edit the following settings. Select a setting, click Edit, make the required changes, and then click Save.
    • Email Approval Body

    • Email Approval From Address

    • Email Approval Subject

    • Email Notification From Address

    • Email Notification URL Hostname
