Error codes
Ricoh PCC error codes appear for device actions that you perform through Device Registration Service.
The following error codes may appear for Ricoh PCC history items in the Action History panel.

The customization package has already been installed |
Produced when an asset/workflow sync action found that the exact same customization has already been applied |
601 |
Failed to install the customization package |
Produced when the asset/workflow customization can't be properly applied for unknown reason. Details will be found in the trace logs |
602 |
Failed to remove the customization package |
Produced when the asset/workflow customization can't be properly removed for unknown reason. Details will be found in the trace logs |
603 |
Request unauthorized |
Produced when the device has been configured by another DRS instance, and thus locked into that instance. To switch to using the current DRS instance, client must be reinstalled |
604 |
Configuration servlet busy |
Produced when the client is unable to apply the asset/workflow customization due to an ongoing operation |
605 |
Configuration servlet unresponsive |
Produced when DRS is unable to establish a working connection with the configuration servlet. Installation, wiring configuration and asset/workflow sync actions depend on that servlet to function correctly |
606 |
Action not supported by current configuration |
Produced when intended action is unavailable given the current configuration. Examples: asset/workflow syncs when respective customization options are turned off, or "set device settings" is run with baseline off |
