Verify prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that the following requirements are met for deploying Output Manager.

Review Output Manager requirements and verify that the requirements are met for the following components:

Check that all important Windows updates are installed. |

Verify that you have domain membership for the host computer and administrator accounts. |

Verify that you have administrative access rights to Windows on the server. |

Review the supported Ricoh ports in the DRS and client communication ports. |

Ensure that the device has Java application version 12.0 or later. |

Ensure that the device supports SmartSDK 2.1 or later. |

Verify that IE Enhanced Security Configuration is turned off for Administrators in IE Enhanced Security Configuration (to access this, go to Server Manager > Local Server). |

Check that you have all required components downloaded and within easy reach (see Download installer packages). |

Ensure that Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 is installed on the server (launch and verify that Windows Identity Foundation 3.5 is listed under Roles and Features). |
