Logging in to a user session

A user session begins when the user logs in with valid credentials through the MFP device interface. Once their login credentials have been authenticated by CAS, the user can

• Manage and release documents through Follow-You Printing
• Scan to different destinations, for example into folders, email and so on

• Access any of the other device features, such as copying, scanning and faxing

  be allowed, denied or limited when copying based on user departments, groups, accounts, quotas, and date.
