Update HTTP setting

Unified Client for Konica Minolta does not support the HTTP/2 protocol. Devices that support HTTP/2 must change their settings to HTTP/1.1.

  1. Log into the device portal as an administrator, and select Network.
  2. In the following paths, select HTTP/1.1 as the HTTP value:

    • WebDAV Settings > WebDAV Client Settings > HTTP Version Setting

    • OpenAPI Setting > OpenAPI Setting > HTTP Version Setting
    • Remote Panel Settings > Remote Panel Server Settings > HTTP Version Setting
    • HTTP Server Settings > Web Conn. HTTP Version Set.
    • HTTP Server Settings > IPP HTTP Version Set.
