Documents on Hold

If there are outstanding questions about a document that you cannot answer within Kofax AP Agility, you can place a document on Hold until you can resolve the problem. For example, if you need to call the vendor or email an organization, this is not possible within AP Agility Workflow. As a result, you can put a document on Hold until you hear back with the requested information.

After you Put a document on Hold it is removed from the workflow until you Release the Hold on a document.
