Apply a requested comment
If another user has routed a document using the Comment Request activity functionality, you can enter the requested comment by following these steps:
- Click on a document in your Kofax AP Agility work queue that is assigned to the Comment Request activity.
- Review the content in the Status tab, Header tab, Lines tab, and the History tab to understand the comment.

Click on the
Enter Comments button in the action bar.
The Enter Comments window is displayed.

Type the requested information in the
Comments field.
Add as much detail as necessary so that the user can continue processing the document.

Click
OK and Submit.
The comment is applied to the document and the document is routed back to the user who requested the comments in the first place.
The requesting user sees the requested comments in the document Status tab and the History tab.
