Reassign a document
If you are unable to process a document, or it was sent to you by mistake, you can reassign that document to another user by following these steps:
- Open a document in the Approval activity, Coding activity, or the Exception activity.

From the action bar, select
Reassign from the
Routing Option list.
The Reassign Activity window is displayed.

In the
Reassign Activity window, do the following.
- Select a user from the Assign To list.
- Enter why you are reassigning the document in the Comments field.

Click
OK and Submit to close the document and reassign it immediately.
Alternatively, click OK to return to the document without submitting it immediately. The document is reassigned only when you click Submit.
The document is closed and reassigned to the selected user.
