Add a line

You can add a line by following these steps:

  1. Open a document and if it is not already selected, click on the Lines tab.

    The recognized lines are displayed in a table at the top of the tab and fields can be edited or added using the fields at the bottom of the tab.

  2. Using the editable fields at the bottom of the tab, enter values for the line you are adding.

    The following fields are mandatory:

    • GL Code

    • Line Type

    • Quantity

    • Unit Price

    • Line Total

  3. Once all of the necessary fields are populated, click Add Line.

    The line is added to the table above.

  4. Optionally, add another line.
