Scan Limit
The maximum number of pages you can scan in a month is dependent on your volume licenses. To determine how many pages you have left for a month, check the page counter located on the Scan panel.
For example, if your license supports 25,000 pages per month, you'll be able to scan that many pages. As you create batches, your page counter is decremented by one for each image scanned. At the beginning of each month, your page counter is reset to 25,000.
Note If your page counter reaches 0, you are not able to create new batches
until the first day of the next month. (If your page counter reaches 0 in the
middle of creating a batch, your batch is completed.) Contact your system
administrator for more information.
If you exceed the scan limit, you can still edit existing batches. If you delete a batch before closing the Scan module, any pages associated with the batch are reclaimed; they do not count against the total number of scanned pages.
