Open Batch Window
Use this window to open an existing batch.
- Name
-
Select the name of a batch. For each batch, the following information is displayed.
- Class
-
The batch class associated with the batch.
- Date
-
Date the batch was created.
- !
-
This symbol denotes a batch that has been forwarded with errors. This occurs when the Partial Batch Export feature is enabled for the batch class.
- Status
-
Batch status.
- Priority
-
Priority level for the batch.
- Document count
-
Number of documents in the batch. If the batch is only partially exported, the column shows the number of pending documents.
- Page count
-
Number of pages in the batch. If the batch is only partially exported, the column shows the number of pending pages.
- Scan Station ID
- This column appears if the Scan Station ID criteria was included in the Filter Batches during the last refresh.
- Scan User
- This column appears if the Scan User criteria was included in the Filter Batches during the last refresh.
- Batch Field
- This column appears if the Batch Field criteria was included in the Filter Batches during the last refresh.

The following read-only information is displayed for the selected batch:
- Number of documents

Number of documents in the batch.
- Number of pages

Number of pages in the batch.
Double-click the name of a batch to open the batch.Right-click the name of a batch to display a context menu. On this menu, you can select Properties to display the properties for the batch or Sort to select how you want to sort the list.
- Filter

Click to open the Filter Batches window, where you filter the list of batches that appear on the Open Batch list. You can also group criteria to refine filtering.
- Refresh button

Click this button to refresh the display of open batches.
