Embedded 3D objects toolbar
To work with embedded 3D content, you must activate it by selecting the Hand tool and clicking the 3D object (or right-click it and select Activate 3D). This also shows the 3D toolbar.
Toolbar buttons:

Rotate |
Hold and drag the object to turn it around any axis. |

Spin |
Rotate the object around two fixed axes. |
3 |
Pan |
Move the object in parallel with the screen. |
4 |
Walk |
Set viewing perspective and distance with the z-axis (elevation) unchanged. |
5 |
Zoom |
Hold and drag the mouse vertically to get a closer or more distant view of the object. You can also adjust the scale by using the mouse scroll wheel. |

Fly |
Hold and drag the mouse to either side to observe with the z axis fixed. Move it vertically to zoom in or out. |

Camera Properties |
Shows a dialog box, where you can set the angle parameters and settings such as presets and alignment. |

3D Measurement Tool |
Use this tool to measure edges and distances between vertices. For details, see Make measurements of 3D objects. |

Add 3D Comment |
Click any point of the object to insert a comment. Click again to view the coordinates and enter a comment string. |

Model Tree |
Shows your 3D model hierarchy. Click the eye icon next to an element to hide or show it. For details, see Model Tree. |

Default View |
Click to switch back to the default view. |

Views |
Contains your saved views. To edit your views, right-click the object and select . |

Add a new view |
Add the current view to the list. |

Use Orthographic Projection/Use Perspective Projection |
Click to switch between perspective and orthographic projection. |
15 |
Render Mode |
Shows a list of rendering modes. List items vary in transparency, details, and shading. |

Extra Lights |
Shows a list of light presets. List items vary in light direction, color, and intensity. |
17 |
Background Color |
Select a background color from the palette. |
18 |
Toggle Cross Section |
Show and hide cross sections and open the Cross Section Properties dialog box. |
Some of these tools are also available in the 3D context menu.
To finish working with the 3D object and close the toolbar, right-click the object and select Deactivate 3D.
