Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

To edit the commands on the Quick Access Toolbar, do the following:

  1. On the right edge of the Quick Access Toolbar, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar tool (Customize Quick Access Toolbar) to open the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu.
  2. Select More Commands.

    The Customization dialog box appears.

  3. On the left panel, click Quick Access Toolbar.
  4. Optionally, filter the Commands list by selecting a tool category in the Choose commands from drop-down list.

    The Commands list (to the left of the Add and Remove buttons) offers the available commands from the selected category.

  5. Do any of the following to append a command to the Quick Access Toolbar:
    • Select the preferred command in the Commands list, then click Add.
    • Double-click the preferred command in the Commands list.
  6. Position the new command on the Quick Access Toolbar by using the up and down arrow buttons on the right.
  7. Optionally, click Remove to delete a custom command.
    Power PDF does not ask for confirmation when removing custom Quick Access Toolbar items.
  8. Optionally, click Reset to return to the default command set.
  9. Click OK to save changes.
