Sign & Mark

Create and add customizable handwritten signatures, text, and symbols such as check marks to your file, as quick solutions for completing forms and other documents.

Sign & Mark items do not provide security; therefore, they do not appear in the Signatures and Sign / Certify panels. Click the Sign (Sign icon) or Certify (Certify icon) tool to place digital signatures that provide security.

The Sign & Mark context-sensitive tab appears.

Insert a handwritten signature

The Sign & Mark tab contains the following tools for creating and inserting handwritten signatures:

  • Handwritten Signature: Click to insert your signature. If you do not have any signatures yet, the Add a Signature dialog box appears.
