The Batch properties viewer

Use this viewer to see detailed information about the currently selected batch, including the following.

Note: Times in the batch metadata and the trigger file are saved in UTC. However, inside SCAN CLIENT the displayed times are corrected for time zone differences and in the country-specific format.

Batch properties

  • Batch name – matches the name of the output folder and the trigger file.

  • Version – the file version of xboundScanClientBatch.dll.

  • Status – the batch status.

  • Identifier (GUID) – the batch's unique identifying number.

  • Last modified – the time and date of the most recent changes.

Scan

  • Scan profile – the name and ID of the scan profile that was used to create the batch.

  • Create – when scanning started.

  • Scan end – when scanning ended.

  • Last endorser counter – If an endorser is used in the scan profile, it can be used to preset the scan process.

  • Scan operator – who ran the scanner.

  • Scan station – the name of the scan workstation (computer).

  • Images/min. – the processing speed, in images per minute.

  • Sheets/min. – the processing speed, in sheets per minute.

Files and directory

  • Output folder – where the batch is cached.

  • XML metadata – the name of the XML file containing batch data.

  • Trigger file – the name and path of the trigger file.

Batch elements

  • Number of documents – how many documents are in the batch.

  • Number of sheets – how many sheets (physical pieces of paper) are in the batch.

  • Number of pages – how many pages are in the batch (with front and back pages counted separately).

  • Number of images – how many images are in the batch.
