Auto-closing SCAN CLIENT

You can set SCAN CLIENT to close automatically when there is no operator activity.

Note: You must be an administrator to do this.

Select Options > Configuration.
In the Configuration dialog, select Environment > Administration.
In the Close application if no keystrokes after __ minutes setting, specify how many minutes to wait before closing SCAN CLIENT.

After the specified number of minutes have passed and nothing has been done in SCAN CLIENT, a countdown dialog is displayed. The user has 15 seconds in which to click Cancel. If the user does not click Cancel, SCAN CLIENT closes.

Note: SCAN CLIENT closes even if there is activity in other applications.
