Configuring the scan display

Note: You must be an administrator to do this.

  1. Select Options > Configuration.

  2. Select Environment > Visualizing.

  3. Here you can select:

    • The size of the buttons and icons.

    • Touchscreen use. (Touchscreens can be used throughout SCAN CLIENT. You can configure the size of the buttons and whether context menus are enabled.)

    • How many thumbnails to display per row in the Thumbnail viewer, and whether barcode values are displayed.

    • Whether to display the number of sheets, pages, and images per document in the Thumbnail viewer.

    • Whether to update the tree view in the Batch explorer during scanning.

    • The font size for the Message viewer. (You can also adjust when to display messages.)

  4. Click OK to save your changes.
