Browsing in and editing batches
Use the Thumbnail viewer or Batch viewer to scroll in the currently selected batch to see its document structure and image files.
At the top of the Thumbnail viewer are some buttons – described here. The Batch viewer buttons are described here.
There is also a context menu. This means that you can right-click in a batch to access commands for correcting errors and restructuring batches.
When you make changes in batches, they may apply to individual images or to entire sheets. This depends on how the scope was specified.
Note that structure-defining elements retain their properties even after moving. This means that a batch is restructured automatically if you move a structure-defining element.
It is not possible to select documents, batches, and sheets at the same time.
