Testing a scan profile

It is recommended that you test your scan profile after creating and editing it. Use this procedure:

1. Place at least one sheet in the scanner’s document feeder.

2. In the Scan profile management dialog, right-click the scan profile and select Preview, or click the Preview button ().

   The results are displayed in graphic form, and other details such as resolution, format, barcode value, barcode type, barcode position are provided for each page.

Tip: It is possible to skip the scanning step during testing.
