Enter a name (up to 32 characters) for your text export connector. This name is used to refer to your export connector in the Export Connector window. This field is not required, but may help you keep track of your export connectors when using the multiple export feature.

Select this option if you want your documents output as OCR Full Text files.

Default storage folder

Select this option if you want the exported files to be stored in the folder specified on the Default Storage tab.

Custom storage folder

Select this option if you want to specify a custom storage folder.

Custom

If you selected the Custom storage folder option, click this button to specify the custom storage folder in the Custom Folder window. View the specified folder in the text box.

Note Alternatively, you can manually edit the Custom storage folder box. However, because you are not prevented from manually entering an undesirable path, it is recommended that you build the path by clicking the Custom button and using the Custom Folder window.

Select this option if you want your documents output as PDF files.

Suppress image output if PDF is detected

Select this option if you do not want the document output as an image file, if PDF output is detected.

Skip first page of each document

Select this option if you do not want the first page of your documents exported. For example, you can select this option if you are using separator sheets to separate the documents in your batches and do not want to export the separator sheets.

Export images as

Select a file format/compression format combination to use for your image output. The images are automatically stored in the selected format when exported. The default combination is Multipage TIFF - CCITT Group 4.
