Set a budget
Every process has an expected cost; however, a case has an additional cost property called Budget, which is the collective cost of the activities based on the resources’ time spent and the fixed cost of each task for the case and all its associated jobs.
If the cost should not be auto calculated but updated with an input value, such as material costs, third-party costs, and more, the forms used to complete the activities can pass in a specific cost.
On the Time and cost tab of case properties, under Cost, set Budget to 100.
