Set up roles

For incident case, add two types of roles: Floating and Fixed.

Create the first role: Occupant

  1. On the modeling bar of the process, click the Roles tab.
  2. Click New.

    The New role dialog box appears.

  3. In the Name box, enter Occupant.
  4. On the Type list, select Floating. The members for a floating role are set at runtime and are specific to each job.

    You can add default members also.

  5. Click Add.

Create the second role: Incident Management Team

  1. On the Roles page, click New.
  2. In the Name box, enter Incident Management Team.
  3. On the Type list, select Fixed.

    The members of a fixed role are the same for all jobs.

  4. Click Add.
