Create group resources
Create three groups: Customer Services, Services Team, and A Team. You will assign work to these groups later, so for now, just enter names and save the groups.
Create a group resource: Customer Services

On the
TotalAgility Advanced Studio
Home page, navigate to
and click
New group.
The New group dialog box appears.
- In the Name box, enter Customer Services as the name of the group.
- On the Category list, select Incident Management.
- Click Save.
Create additional group resources
Repeat the steps similar to the Create a group resource: 'Customer Services' group for creating two more groups called Services Team and A Team.
