Set the cost of the resource

The cost of a job depends on several parameters.

(Fixed cost of activity) + (Fixed cost of resource that works on the activity) + (Variable cost of the resource that works on the activity).

To show the budget escalations, associate the cost with the user (being used to test).

  1. On the TotalAgility Advanced Studio menu, navigate to Resources > Individuals.
  2. On the Individuals list, click the name of the user.

    The Edit individual dialog box appears.

  3. On the Advanced tab, under Costs, set Fixed cost to 45.
  4. Click Save.
