Create the first fragment: Flooding

Create a case fragment called Flooding that will allow the associated team to address the flooding issue around the property.

1. On the TotalAgility Advanced Studio Home page, navigate to Workflow > Case definitions.

2. On the Case definitions list, click the Incident Case process to open.

3. On the case toolbar, click the Fragments tab and click New.

4. Configure the general properties of the Flooding fragment.

5. Add and modify variables for the Flooding fragment.

6. Define a milestone for the Flooding fragment.

7. Add activities to the Flooding fragment.

8. Configure activities for the Flooding fragment.
