Create the second fragment: Broken Door

Create a case fragment called Broken Door that will allow the carpenter to fix the broken door issue.

  1. On the TotalAgility Advanced Studio Home page, navigate to Workflow > Case definitions.
  2. On the Case definitions page, click the Incident Case process to open it.
  3. On the case toolbar, click the Fragments tab and click New.
  4. Configure the general properties of the Broken Door case fragment.
  5. Add and modify variables for the Broken Door case fragment.
  6. Use case objects for the Broken Door fragment.
  7. Define a milestone for the Broken Door case fragment.
  8. Add activities to the Broken Door case fragment.
  9. Configure activities for the Broken Door case fragment.
