Set the duration or expected finish time of the case

Set the case to complete within seven minutes.

  1. Click the Time and cost tab on case properties.
  2. Under Duration/Expected finish time, select Time and set Minutes to 7.

    Other options such as using a date variable or milestone do exist if you want to set the expected duration to be dynamic.
