Set up a process event
Process events are typically used for inter-process communication, albeit they can be used with the process itself when the use case requires it.
For the Incident Management case, create a process event called IssuesAddressed to ensure that the incident does not move to the Resolved state until all raised issues are completed.
-
On the process, click the
Process events tab, and then click
New.
The New process event dialog box appears.
- In the Name box, enter IssueAddressed.
- Optional. In the Description box, enter Used to ensure all issues have been addressed.
- Click Add.
