Azure Blob hierarchical namespace error

The following errors occur if the "Hierarchical Name space" feature is not enabled for the Azure storage account:

  1. The Find_GetFileProperties request fails with the following error: "Not a valid Win32 File Time".

  2. The MoveItem request fails with the following error: "The parent directory of the destination path does not exist".

Solution: Ensure that the "Hierarchical namespace" feature is enabled for the Azure Blob storage account.
