Document search results screen and functions

The Document Search Results screen enables you to perform various functions:

  • Open parent folder
  • View, edit, delete
  • Tools
    • Export: Export the selected file to an accessible storage location.
    • Email
    • Print
    • List > Export All/Export Selection: Export all files or the selected file.
    • Set Retention/Security: Set retention on the selection within the list.
    • Display options: Adjust displayed sorting columns with the column picker.
    • Change Image Format: Convert the filetype into another supported filetype (for example, TIFF > PDF)
    • Unlink for delete: Unlink content in a workflow so that it can be deleted.
    • Check Out: Check out the content to edit or view it individually.
    • SHARE: Share the content securely using the PSIsafe Share feature.
