PSIsafe Retriever operations

  1. Start the application PSIsafe Retriever is connected to.
  2. Start and log in to PSIsafe Retriever.
  3. Click the connected application. The PSIsafe Retriever logo will be displayed in the corner. To activate PSIsafe Retriever, click the logo. You can open PSIsafe Desktop Retriever at any time by clicking the logo.
    1. Click the logo image once again to close the PSIsafe Retriever window.
    2. Select the Manual check box and click Find to select the preferred items.
    3. Click Show to display the selected folder contents.
    4. Select the Tabs check box to control how tabs are organized.
    5. Click + or - to control the height of the folder display.
  4. To see the folder contents, click Show.

    If you select the Auto Open option, the document list is automatically displayed whenever a new record is displayed in the connected application.

    To hide the document list, click the Hide button.

    The PSIsafe Desktop operations, such as View, Edit, Scan, New, and so on, are performed using the PSIsafe Retrievertoolbar items located above the document list. Also, you can add documents to the folder by dragging them over the document list area.
