Email content through SHARE

To email content using the SHARE functionality:

  1. Log in to PSIsafe Desktop Client.
  2. Locate the documents to share by opening the folder or using search.
  3. Select the documents to share, select the Tools menu button or right-click the document, and click SHARE.

    Alternatively, you can drag the selected documents to the SHARE speedbar.

    You can also share files from Windows by dragging them from Windows File Explorer or the Explorer Window to the SHARE speedbar in PSIsafe Desktop.

    The SHARE screen appears.

  4. You can drag documents to the document list in the open SHARE window.
  5. Select the email address (you can select more than 1 addressee) for the users, select the addressee and click SHARE at the bottom right of the SHARE screen.

    The document is sent to the selected SHARE account and a notification email is sent.

    Optionally, you can add text in the Notes box. The note is available in the SHARE Documents when you select the document.
