Export content from PSIsafe Desktop
You can use the PSIsafe Desktop export functions to send documents out of the PSIsafe Desktop system.
Check out / Check in status
You cannot export content from PSIsafe Desktop when it is checked out. Documents can be checked out of PSIsafe Desktop to allow making edits when access to PSIsafe Desktop is unavailable. When a document is checked out, other users are not allowed to make edits to the document.
To check out a document, either right-click the document or go to Tools and click Check Out. Checking out a document places a copy of the document into the CNGCheckout user directory and marks the document in PSIsafe Desktop as checked out.
When you complete edits to the document located in the CNGCheckout user directory, check in the document. To do so, either right-click the document or go to Tools and click Check In.
