Batch Capture Load
The Load feature is designed to quickly load a specified number of files from a designated folder. Once configured, you can simply click Load to automatically import the next number of filetypes specified in your Load Template.
The Load feature can be used in any filing mode within Batch Capture.
Use Batch Capture Load
A Load Template must be configured before proceeding.

Select
Load from the top
navigation menu.
Documents are automatically imported based on your preconfigured Load template settings and appear in the import panel on the left-hand side.
- Complete the filing process based on your currently selected filing mode.
Set up a Load Template
The Load Template defines the number of documents to load, where to load them, and what kinds of files to load, as well as whether to convert them or split them automatically.
When the name of a
Load
Template and
Auto File Mode
Separation template are
named identically, the corresponding template is selected automatically.
To configure a Load Template:
- Select the Load tab of the window.

Select
Add to create a new
Load
Template.
Alternatively, select Edit to modify an existing Load Template.
- Input a name for your Load Template.

Set the path from which files will be imported, as well as the
number of files and file extension types you'd like to import when clicking the
Load button.
When importing multiple filtypes, use a period before each extension, and separate extensions by a comma with no space.
- Choose how Batch Capture will handle imported files with multiple pages, either always splitting, never splitting, or prompting the user for a decision each time a multi-page file is imported.
- Choose whether to convert PDF filetypes to TIF when importing.
- Select Create to complete the Load Template setup process.
