Scheduled item status and history

You can find your scheduled items status and history on the home page dashboard. See Cabinets Interface.

If an item is overdue, the text for the item is red. The levels based on the due dates are the following:

  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • Next month
  • This year
  • Later (items scheduled for the following years)

If the priority set to High or Urgent, the text appears in bold.

You can select the group at the bottom of the scheduler under group items. If selected, it breaks down into the date level it falls under.

You may organize your scheduled items by selecting the ascending, descending, best fit or best fit for all columns. To do so, right-click the column and select the preferred option from the list.

History is a list of scheduled items that have been dismissed based on a specified date range. The default date range is for seven days leading up to the current day. Set a valid date range and click Get to display the records. You cannot make any changes to the item information.
