Log in to PSIsafe Mobile
Configure PSIsafe Mobile to allow logins with local PSIsafe accounts
Users can log in to PSIsafe Mobile using a local PSIsafe account with the following configuration options:
- The option Use MS Entra ID is not enabled for the user.
- The option Is Tungsten Support is selected.
- One of the following Administrator settings is enabled:
- Microsoft Entra ID > Both local and Microsoft Entra ID logins, or
- Microsoft Entra ID > Login with local credentials when the user is not linked in Microsoft Entra ID settings.
Follow these steps to log in to PSIsafe Mobile using a local PSIsafe account:

Launch
PSIsafe Mobile.
The login screen appears.
- Tap Settings to open the connection settings screen.

Input the
Server URL and
Customer Code for your account.
If you need assistance determining your server URL or customer code, you can contact Tungsten support, or you can send an email using the Email Support link directly within the app.

Click
Connect.
The login screen appears and displays the connected database name.
- Enter your PSIsafe Mobile username and password and click Login.
Log in to PSIsafe Mobile using a Microsoft Entra ID
This topic provides a detailed description for logging in to PSIsafe Mobile with Microsoft Entra ID. It enhances security by supporting multi-factor authentication and single sign-on (SSO), allowing users to access PSIsafe Mobile using their Microsoft credentials.
Prerequisites
Microsoft Entra ID settings must be properly configured in the Microsoft Entra ID section of PSIsafe Management.
PSIsafe Mobile supports Microsoft Entra ID through PSIsafe API. Users must switch from using PSIsafe Open API to PSIsafe API by configuring the app's settings as described below.
Configure PSIsafe Mobile to use PSIsafe Open API instead of PSIsafe API
- Launch PSIsafe Mobile and navigate to the Settings screen.
- Switch from the PSIsafe Open API to PSIsafe API in the app's settings.
- Locate the API Selection setting and select PSIsafe API. This is necessary to enable authentication with an Azure Access token.
- Configure PSIsafe API URI.
- On the Settings screen, locate the PSIsafe API URI setting. Enter the URI provided by your IT administrator to enable connection to the PSIsafe services.
Logging in with Microsoft Entra ID

Launch the
PSIsafe Mobile
application on your computer.
On the login screen, locate the link Login with Microsoft, which is displayed if Microsoft Entra ID settings described in the previous sections are configured for your account.

Start the login procedure with Microsoft Entra ID by clicking
Login with Microsoft.
The Microsoft login page is displayed.

Input your Azure or Microsoft Entra ID email and password.
If this is your first time logging in with Microsoft Entra ID, you will be prompted to change the default password provided by your organization.

Set up an authentication method (if required):
If no authentication method is set up, the screen Action Required is displayed, prompting you to set up a new authentication method.
- Click Next to proceed.

Configure your Microsoft Authenticator app.
On the screen Set up a new authentication method, execute the steps below to set up the Microsoft Authenticator app:
- On your mobile device, open the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Tap the + button to add an account.
- Choose Work or School account.
- Select Scan QR code and use your mobile phone to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
- Click Next after scanning the QR code.

Get login approval through the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- After completing the setup procedure for authentication, a notification is sent in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Enter the code displayed in the application on your computer to the app and tap Yes to approve.

Complete the login procedure.
After receiving approval for the login request, PSIsafe Mobile displays a confirmation screen.

Click
Next and then
Done to complete the login process.
After a successful login, users are automatically redirected to the PSIsafe Mobile home screen. The system automatically verifies if your Azure email is present in the database.
Subsequent logins
For future logins:
- Open the PSIsafe Mobile application and click on Login with Microsoft.
- Enter your Azure credentials and approve the login request through the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Users are granted access to PSIsafe Mobile if their Azure email is recognized and mapped in PSIsafe Management > User Settings > Microsoft Entra Users.
