Status messages and error messages generated by the component include
this context number. Specify an ID that is not used by other custom components
or in other scan profiles. This makes it easier to see which process the
messages originated from.

The exporter can process multiple batches asynchronously. Specify the
maximum number of parallel processes for this scan profile. Recommended:
Specify a number that is smaller than the number of available processing
cores at the scan station.
Example: When using an Intel i7 processer with 4 cores, the recommended
setting is 3.
If all available processes are being used for export, any additional
waiting batches will be automatically taken on after completion of previous
batches, in the order in which they were closed in SCAN CLIENT.
|
| If no errors occur when the images are
converted to MTIFF and saved, the original batches are deleted
from SCAN CLIENT. | Important |
|---|
Before you activate this option,
ensure that there are no subsequent asynchronous processing
steps. If the exporter is not the last component of the entire export process, the batch is not deleted even if you select this setting. |
|
|
| Uses settings that you specify below.
If you do not select this option, the exporter uses settings from
the configuration file of the XBOUND installation on this computer. |
| The XBOUND server where the XBOUND Platform
Service is running. |
| The port number of the service. The default
port is 4444. For secure SSL encrypted connection, the default
port is 4445. |
| The connection type. |
| The credentials of the currently logged-on
user are used for the connection. |
| Select this option if you want to specify
a specific domain, user name, and password. Click to confirm
that it works. If it does, a connection status message is displayed
in the lower part of the group box. |

Process selected
by XBOUND | XBOUND's Collector for XBOUND Scan Client,
combined with active "Scan Documents" process
steps, import the closed batches
as configured. The
XBOUND configuration must ensure that
a batch can be imported by only one XBOUND process. For detailed
information, refer to the following XBOUND
Help topics: |
| Exports batches to the specified client,
process and "Scan Documents" process step. |
| Any import criteria (filtering) specified
in the process step are taken into account. If a batch does not
meet the criteria, it cannot be imported by the XBOUND process
step, and the export ends with an error. When you select ,
the button ( )
becomes visible. You can use this to view the filters that are
specified in the selected process step. (The filters can only
be changed in the XBOUND Process Designer. For more information
see XBOUND Help topic
"Processing documents and media that meet specified criteria.") |
