Add an Email node
You can easily send an email from within a workflow solution.
Procedure

On the
Workflow tab, select
below the Start node or any other node.
The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

On the
Type list, select
Email. (Default: Task)
You cannot add an E-mail activity if the SMTP server is not pre-configured.
- By default, "e-mail" appears as the Title. You can change the title as needed.
- In the To field, enter an inline value or select a variable.
- In the Subject and Body fields, enter a combination of plain text and variables.

Select
Add.
The e-mail is added, and the updated properties are displayed in the properties panel.
