Edit a DocAI solution in the TotalAgility Advanced Studio

Use the procedure in this topic to edit your published DocAI solution in the TotalAgility Advanced Studio. However, once you do this, it can no longer be edited in DocAI Studio.

Before you begin

Before you edit a DocAI solution in the TotalAgility Advanced Studio, it must be published and you require a TotalAgility Advanced or Enterprise license.

Procedure

  1. In the TotalAgility Advanced Studio, navigate to Workflow > Business processes.
  2. Select the DocAI solution to edit.
  3. Make the necessary changes and select Save.
  4. A message is displayed to inform you that your changes mean the associations in your DocAI solution will be removed. Select Yes to continue.

    Your solution is no longer editable in DocAI Studio.
