Create Skins
You can create/modify skins to create different variants of a process template. You can create a new skin using the New button or from the context menu of an existing template on the Skins page.
Procedure

On the
Skins page, select
New. Alternatively, to create a new skin directly within a template, on the
context menu of the template, select
Create new skin.
The Create new skin dialog box is displayed.
- Provide a Name for the new skin.
- Optional. Enter a Description for your skin.

Select the
Template on which to create a skin. If you create a new skin directly within
a template, the template appears read-only in the
Create new skin dialog box.
The activities available within the selected skin template appear under the Activities table.
- By default, the expected duration set in a template is applied to all skins created within it. To specify a duration specific to this skin, select Override duration and enter the duration in Days, Hours, Minutes, and/or Seconds.

Define the
Rule for this skin and select
Validate to validate the rule.

The Process for embedded process nodes
To override the activity details, select the activity name and then select . Alternatively, double-click the activity name. The Edit activity properties dialog box is displayed. Make changes as needed and select Save to save the activity changes.

Select
Save to save the skin.
The skin is saved retaining not only the changes made in the Skins application but also the properties that you do not have access to within this designer, such as a .Net node configuration.
