Manage a workflow
You can modify, delete, and lock or unlock a workflow and view associations for it from the AI Agent workflows list page.
Procedure
You can modify, delete, and lock or unlock a workflow, and view its associations on the AI Agent Workflows list page.
Modify a workflow

On the AI Agents workflow list, select the AI Agent workflow to modify. Alternatively, on the context menu of the workflow, select Edit.

Make changes as needed and save the workflow.
You can also modify a workflow solution in TotalAgility Advanced Studio.
Delete a workflow
You cannot delete a workflow that has live jobs associated with it.

On the AI Agents workflow list, on the context menu of the AI Agent workflow to delete, select Delete.

On confirmation, the selected workflow is deleted.
Lock or unlock a workflow
Locking and unlocking of a workflow apply only to the workflow, form (if the workflow is published), and the business process. You cannot lock or unlock work types, work queue queries, or job queries.
Once the workflow is published, it is locked by default. To unlock it, on the AI Agent workflow list, on the context menu of the workflow to unlock, select Unlock. To lock it again, on the context menu of the workflow, select Lock.
View workflow associations
Associations provide visibility across the entire application, helping you to manage and maintain your workflows efficiently. The associations of a workflow depend on its state. For an unpublished workflow, you can only view business processes associated with it. For a published workflow, in addition to business processes, you can also view form, work type, extraction group, classification group, work queue, job queries, and any form associated with the application.
On the AI Agent workflow list, on the context menu of the workflow to view associations, select Associations. The items (process, form, work type, work queue query, job query, and Generative AI provider) that are using the selected workflow appears. Select the item to open for editing.
When you select the form, it opens in the designer with the following Copilot insights settings:
