RPA user interface

When you open RPA from the TotalAgility Studio, the following is the default web page that loads.

When you already have existing RPA workflows, the following is the initial view of RPA. Quick Workflow Home page with existing data

The Create new RPA workflow button is replaced by the New button and is available next to the Refresh button.

The following details appear for each workflow:

New

Select this button to create a new RPA workflow.

Name

The name of the RPA workflow. Select the name link to open the RPA workflow.

Locked by

Displays the username of the person who has locked the RPA workflow.

Last modified by

Displays who last modified the RPA workflow.

Last modified date

Displays the date when the RPA workflow was last modified.

Version

Displays the version number of the RPA workflow.

context menu

This menu has the following options to manage the selected RPA workflow:

Edit

Opens the RPA workflow for editing. This is the same as select on the Name of the RPA workflow.

Delete

When a RPA workflow is released, it is locked by default, preventing other users from making changes. This setting enables you to unlock a workflow for editing.

Unlock

When an RPA workflow is released, it is locked by default so that other users cannot make changes. This setting enables you to unlock an RPA workflow for editing.

Associations

Opens the Associations window that displays the list of associations for the selected RPA workflow. Associations help you decide the impact of changes.

This window is empty if there are no associations for the selected RPA workflow.
