Add a Classification activity

You can use Classification activities within your workflow.

Before you begin

When you open the Workflow in TotalAgility Advanced Studio, the "Inherit from process" option is selected by default on the Configuration tab. If the classification group is not selected, an error is displayed while publishing the solution.

Procedure

  1. On the Workflow tab, select below the Start node or any other node.

    The Add activity dialog box is displayed.

  2. On the Type list, select Classification. (Default: Task)
  3. By default, "Classification" appears as the Title. You can modify the name for your classification as required.
  4. On the Input document/folder list, select a document or folder variable; otherwise, an error is displayed.
  5. Specify a State to apply when the task becomes available or is pending.
  6. Select Add.

    The classification node is added, and the updated properties are displayed in the properties panel.
