Configure export settings

Use the procedure in this topic to configure the export settings for your DocAI solution.

Before you begin

Before you configure the Export settings, you must first create a solution.

Procedure

Select the Export tab and configure the following setting.

Export data format

These settings are used by the export user operation.

Select one of the following export data formats:

CSV file with extracted fields (Default)

Generates a CSV file that contains field data for each document type.
JSON with extracted fields and raw OCR results

Generates a JSON file that contains data for each document type, including extracted field data as well as the raw OCR results for each document type.

When this value is selected and Mode in Settings > Processing is set to Folder, the following setting is available:
JSON output type
The JSON output is either a single merged file that contains all documents or a separate file for each document. Select one of the following:
- Merged file containing all documents
- Separate file for each document
