Work with AI Agent workflow elements

While designing a workflow, you can connect, skip, insert and delete nodes.

Procedure

Connect nodes

You can connect one node to another using the link connector available on each node.

  1. Select the activity.
  2. From the icons that appear, drag (connector) of the activity to the activity you want to connect.

    The activity gets connected automatically.

    To delete a connector, select the connector you want to delete and select Delete icon on the Satellite link.

Insert nodes

You can insert a node into the workflow at any position.

  1. Select the activity where you want to insert a new node and select . Alternatively, to insert a node between two nodes, select Satellite: Add icon on the connector.

    The Add activity dialog box appears.

  2. Add the following nodes as needed: Rule, True/False condition, Sub process, Email, Generative AI, Loop, RPA, Design, Classification, Extraction, Expression, and Custom service.
  3. Add an end node.
  4. Save the workflow.
