Workflow

Workflow in TotalAgility Studio enables you to create a workflow solution with minimal to no training.

You can design the flow that the solution should follow, utilizing key data, business rules, processes and custom services and the solution is generated with a single click. The solution comprises several components - the process, supporting forms, work type, queries and a dashboard, all designed to get you up and running quickly, providing an end-to-end experience for users.

The items generated in Workflow are available for use and modification within the TotalAgility Advanced Studio to enable collaboration between users and technical developers to add additional functionality an needed. The IT department must make any processes, rules, or custom services available for reuse within Workflow.

You must have the required permissions to create a Workflow.

Additionally, you must have read and write Resource Access control list permissions, if you need to create resources while configuring manual Capture steps.
