Create RPA workflow
Using RPA, you can create a workflow with the help of tasks (manual activities), conditions, sub processes, branching rules, and end nodes.

On the
RPA
Workflows page, select
Create new
RPA
workflow. The
RPA
page opens in a new browser tab.
Alternatively, select New if you are on the Tungsten TotalAgility RPA list page.
The RPA Workflow Designer opens.
- Configure the Workflow Details, Workflow, Key Data, and Collaboration on the respective tabs to create a RPA workflow.
- Provide workflow details
- Create variables
- Update workflow settings
- Configure a RPA workflow
- Add key data

Add a collaboration note
A red dot on any of the tabs indicates the configuration is incomplete or invalid.

Save or publish the workflow.
To save the workflow, select Save
The workflow is saved in the current user's working category with the version 0.01 (minor version). You can change the category if needed.
To publish the workflow, select Publish.

The workflow is published with a major version 1.0.0.

The business process is released, and "Create new job" form, work type, work queue queries, and job queries are generated.

These artifacts are named based on the RPA workflow name with a suffix of the item name. For example, for QRPA1, the Create new job form is generated and saved as 'QRPA1CNJ.form'.
If a process, form, work type, work queue query, or job query exists with the same name, you must enter a different name.

To close the workflow, select
Close on the
RPA
Workflow designer.
On confirmation, the RPA workflow is closed.
