Add and edit workflow rules

PSIsafe Desktop workflow rules enable users to configure advanced pathways for content to follow as it is distributed to certain individuals, teams, or departments within an organization. It is important to note that creating rules for PSIsafe Desktop workflows requires a clear knowledge of the entire operational process for your organization. Also, it may be useful to create a flowchart as it follows the route the document takes and helps you determine each step along the way. Additionally, the flowchart helps determine the movement of content from a user, group, email, or storage location.

To begin adding or editing workflow rules, you need to have the appropriate access rights to PSIsafe Desktop Management. Open PSIsafe Desktop Management and click Workflow > Rules.
