Reports example 1

To find all actions for a cabinet and look at the performed actions in this cabinet:

  1. Enter the name of the cabinet in the Value field.
  2. Select the Exact Match condition.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Run Query.

    All of the actions associated with the cabinet are listed.

Reports example 2

To find all actions for a folder reference with an index containing the word "Doe":

  1. Enter "Doe" in the Value field.
  2. Select the Contains In condition.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Run Query.

    All of the actions associated with that folder index are listed.

Reports example 3

This example is more complex and explains grouping and multiple conditions.

To find everything created by (the janedoe or jsmith users) in the cabinet "Financial Company," perform the following actions.

  1. Select Cabinet from the Filter By list.
  2. Enter "Financial Company" in the Value field.
  3. Select the Exact Match condition.
  4. Click Add to save this as part of the query.
  5. Select the left parenthesis key ( to open a group.
  6. Select User from the Filter By list.
  7. Enter janedoe in the Value field.
  8. Select the Exact Match condition.
  9. Click Add to save this as part of the query.
  10. Select Or from the Operator list.
  11. Select User from the Filter By list.
  12. Enter jsmith in the Value field.
  13. Select the Begins with condition.
  14. Click Add to save this as part of the query.
  15. Select the right parenthesis key ) to close a group.
  16. Select And from the Operator list.
  17. Select Action from the Filter by list.
  18. Enter create in the Value field.
  19. Select the Exact Match condition.
  20. Click Add to save this as part of the query.
  21. Click Run Query.
