Reports example 1
To find all actions for a cabinet and look at the performed actions in this cabinet:
- Enter the name of the cabinet in the Value field.
- Select the Exact Match condition.
- Click Add.

Click
Run Query.
All of the actions associated with the cabinet are listed.
Reports example 2
To find all actions for a folder reference with an index containing the word "Doe":
- Enter "Doe" in the Value field.
- Select the Contains In condition.
- Click Add.

Click
Run Query.
All of the actions associated with that folder index are listed.
Reports example 3
This example is more complex and explains grouping and multiple conditions.
To find everything created by (the janedoe or jsmith users) in the cabinet "Financial Company," perform the following actions.
- Select Cabinet from the Filter By list.
- Enter "Financial Company" in the Value field.
- Select the Exact Match condition.
- Click Add to save this as part of the query.
- Select the left parenthesis key ( to open a group.
- Select User from the Filter By list.
- Enter janedoe in the Value field.
- Select the Exact Match condition.
- Click Add to save this as part of the query.
- Select Or from the Operator list.
- Select User from the Filter By list.
- Enter jsmith in the Value field.
- Select the Begins with condition.
- Click Add to save this as part of the query.
- Select the right parenthesis key ) to close a group.
- Select And from the Operator list.
- Select Action from the Filter by list.
- Enter create in the Value field.
- Select the Exact Match condition.
- Click Add to save this as part of the query.

Run Query.
